• Redirection: We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.

• Security: To ensure the safe arrival of your purchase, all orders require a signature upon receipt.

• Partial Deliveries: Calcutta Regalia reserves the right to make partial deliveries where necessary to fulfil your order efficiently.

2. Fulfilment Disruption

In the event of unforeseen delivery complications, we will notify the customer immediately. Should Calcutta Regalia be required to withdraw an order, all affected payments will be reimbursed to the customer promptly.

4. Membership Eligibility

Use of this Website is restricted to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• Minors: Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as members or transacting directly.

• Guardianship: Any purchase or use of services by a minor must be conducted by a legal guardian or parent registered as a user. We reserve the right to terminate access or refuse service if it is discovered that a user is under the age of 18.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This email is an acknowledgment only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between the parties is only formed once your payment has been approved and processed.

6. Pricing and Content Accuracy

This site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any orders placed based on inaccurate or outdated information (including issues arising from system maintenance or external interference).

7. Order Cancellation & Refunds

• Company Discretion: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Customer Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted on the same day the order is placed (before midnight). Once this window has passed, the order is deemed processed.

• Exchange Policy: Once an order is processed, we offer exchanges or alterations only; no refunds will be issued unless the cancellation meets the criteria above.

8. Fraudulent & Declined Transactions

To ensure a secure shopping environment, we actively monitor accounts for fraudulent activity.

• Users maintaining multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent transactions will be subject to legal action under applicable law.

• We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and legal fees from individuals engaging in fraudulent use of the site.

• We may, without liability, immediately delete accounts and dishonour pending orders associated with detected fraud, regardless of the user's prior credit history.

9. Credit Card Security & Obligations

You confirm that the credit card details provided for any service are accurate and that you are the lawful owner of the card utilised. We undertake that your financial information will not be shared with third parties unless required for fraud verification, by law, or by court order.

Note: Triage Industries Pvt.Ltd will not be liable for credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use of a card rests solely with the user, and the "onus to prove otherwise" shall be the user's exclusive responsibility.
